GOBAMA, GOBAMA, GO!!!
Wow, what an amazing time to be alive. The United States has elected the very first African American President. Election night was so amazing. I went out with Hailey in Brussels and Leuven, and we stayed up until 6 in the morning to see the results. I knew we had it once Obama won Ohio. I am actually proud to be an American again. I think my country has such a bright future, and I am filled with so much hope and excitement. If I think about it too much, I just get emotional. His cceptance speech in Grant Park was so beautiful. I should have been there! I do appreciate the opportunity to experience this awesome election abroad, but I really should have been there...
CHICAGO, I miss you!
The next four years should be really dynamic. And at least Sarah Palin is out of my life...
